The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official recruitment calendar for the 2025-26 cycle, including the SSC Selection Post Phase 13 Examination.
The application window for this phase is scheduled from June 2 to June 23, 2025, with the examination to be held between July 24 and August 4, 2025 

  • Examination Dates: July 24 to August 4, 2025

  • Admit Card Release: To be announced (usually 10–15 days before the exam) 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the educational qualifications corresponding to the specific post they are applying for:

  • Matriculation Level: 10th Class pass from a recognized board

  • Higher Secondary Level: 12th Class pass from a recognized board

  • Graduation Level: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university 

 How to Apply Online

  1. Visit the Official SSC Website: Go to ssc.gov.in.

  2. Register/Login: If you're a new user, complete the One-Time Registration (OTR). If you're already registered, log in using your credentials.

  3. Select the Post: Choose the appropriate post and educational qualification level.

  4. Fill in the Application Form: Provide personal, educational, and contact details.

  5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.

  6. Pay the Application Fee: General/OBC candidates need to pay ₹100. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and all women candidates are exempt from the fee. Payment can be made online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

  7. Submit the Application: Review all details and submit the form 

Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • Duration: 60 minutes (80 minutes for PwD candidates)

  • Sections:

    • General Intelligence: 25 questions (50 marks)

    • General Awareness: 25 questions (50 marks)

    • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions (50 marks)

    • English Language: 25 questions (50 marks)

  • Total: 100 questions (200 marks)

  • Negative Marking: 0.50 marks for each wrong answer

 Selection Process

  1. Computer-Based Examination: Objective-type questions based on the educational qualification level.

  2. Skill Test (if applicable): For posts requiring specific skills like typing, data entry, or computer proficiency.

  3. Document Verification: Verification of original documents and certificates
